I am so hungry for Matzoh Ball Soup that I’m resorting to making my own! Hello project for this weekend. :)

What are you up to this weekend?

I’m rather excited for Halloween tomorrow. We are recycling our stupendous costumes from New Orleans last year and going to a party at my hair dressers in the actual hair salon (of all places! lol… they apparently go crazy with decorations and even have rented their own popcorn machine). Then the plan is to meet up with some former co-workers of Earl’s who live near us to walk around our neighborhood. Our neighborhood apparently has “the best Halloween Party in San Francisco” over on Belvedere Street, so we are excited to check it out. Then after that we are going to an “afterparty” at my friend skiing friend Spenser’s apartment… he scheduled his party from 11pm-4am. … holy cow!…. I already feel partied out and it’s only Friday! Throughout the entire night we also have a bunch of other friends who will be out and about partyhopping which we may or may not try to meet up with. Tired yet?

This insanity leads all the way through into Sunday afternoon when some of my EMT friends are having “sloshball” in Golden Gate Park. Sloshball is apparently just like kickball, only there are kegs involved. Oy.

Hopefully interspersed with all this craziness I will not only have time to make matzoh ball soup but also squeeze in a couple chapters worth of reading.
