Blueberry Crisp in the making
On the menu tonight- meatloaf, leeks gratin, and blueberry crisp for dessert!
I’m excited to be trying this new meatloaf recipe- it’s from my New York City chefs recipe book. It has bacon, hot Italian sausage, pesto sauce, and hard boiled eggs in it. I’ll let you know how it is- if it’s really good, I’ll post the whole recipe up.
We’re having our friend (and Earl’s coworker) Matt over for dinner to discuss apartment hunt agenda.

I’m watching tv and they are saying there was an earthquake in California. I just wanted to check to make sure that you, Earl and Linus are ok.
I also wanted to say, I think that is the second recipe that you have made that has leeks in it. You really have my courosity up about leeks and I am going to have to read up on them!
