		<description>CJ - look into CrossFit training for this type of test.  The entire premise of CrossFit is explosive, high rep, short interval, full body training.  It was created for soldiers, police, firemen, etc.  (Although you probably already know this.)  Check in with some on the guys on TGR (tuckeman and rootskier swear by it), or go to the nearest CrossFit gym in SF. Stu</description>
