		<description>Awesome post!  I&#039;ve been wanting to say, Ceej, that its inspiring to me to read posts by a normal size runner who is obviously in awesome shape.  I used to think I couldn&#039;t ever learn to run any distance because I wasn&#039;t &quot;built&quot; for it since I&#039;m not a tiny, flat chested string bean.  I&#039;m so excited to see that I can get strong and fit and participate in any activity I choose.  Thanks for sharing so much of yourself with others!</description>
