why is there no really good, sharpity sharp sharp, extra sharp cheddar cheese out here, hmm????

all these californians, man… they love their organic goat cheese and their “jack” but completely miss the boat on the x-tra sharp cheddar.  same with buffalo mozz, while i’m at it.

the reason i am posting this is because i am craving some hot buttered rum right now with a nosh of sliced honeycrisp apple and some super sharp chedd.  MMmm.
